Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- The item must be in unused and brand-new condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.
- The item must not be customized, used, worn, or damaged.
- Items such as grips, shuttlecocks, socks, undergarments, and hygiene-related products are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.
- Any stringing service or custom modifications on rackets will void eligibility for return or exchange.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice) is required.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer support at hello@royalproshop.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order details, reason for return/exchange, and clear images of the product (if applicable).
- Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item sent by us.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange, refund, or store credit accordingly.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or store credit, based on customer preference.
- Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Warranty Policy
We stand by the quality of our products. The warranty terms vary depending on the manufacturer and product type. Below is a general overview:
Rackets
- Most branded badminton rackets come with a manufacturer’s warranty against structural defects, typically covering 30 to 90 days from the date of purchase.
- Warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, improper stringing, clash damage, or normal wear and tear.
- To claim a warranty, customers must provide clear images of the defect, the original receipt, and a brief description of the issue.
- Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer approval, and replacements are provided at their discretion.
Shoes & Apparel
- Shoes and apparel have a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the purchase date.
- Wear-and-tear, improper use, or sizing issues are not covered under warranty.
Bags & Accessories
- Bags and accessories (grips, shuttlecocks, etc.) do not usually carry a manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated.
Non-Returnable & Non-Warranty Items
- Items damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or neglect.
- Products altered, modified, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
- Clearance or final-sale items.
- Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.
Additional Notes
- We reserve the right to refuse a return, exchange, or warranty claim if it does not meet the stated conditions.
- Customers are encouraged to check their products upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
- International orders may have different return policies, and customers will be responsible for return shipping fees.
